Stock items can only be exchanged (valid for 21 days), NO RETURNS and NO REFUNDS.
Customized special orders have no refund, no return no exchange.
Loose diamonds purchased can be exchanged (valid for 21 days) but not refunded nor returned.

For security reasons, do not indicate the contents or jewelry related words on the exterior of your package when mailing ir for an exchange. Also, confirm that your name, phone number and address are printed clearly.

Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.

IN STORE RETURN-EXCHANGE POLICY

EXCHANGES ARE WELCOME, NO RETURNS ALLOWED, ALL EXCHANGES ARE FINAL!

CONDITIONS OF EXCHANGE:

Customized Orders: Engraved, Re-Sized, or Altered items that differ from the original item listed on the website are not eligible for exchanges. Stock ring sizes are six to seven (6-7) for ladies and size ten (10) for gentlemen, other sizes or half sizes are not eligible for exchanges.

Standard Orders: Item(s) can be exchanged within twenty one (21) days of receipt in its original condition. Any items received after this period will not be accepted for exchange. Items that show signs of excessive wear and tear or damage in any way cannot be accepted for exchange.

Upon receipt of item(s) processing time takes approximately five (5) business days.

EXCHANGE RESTRICTIONS
[in-store & online purchases]:

Items eligible for exchange should be in their original condition. Negligence, abuse and/or mistreatment causing items to break or be defective can be repaired at customers’ expense. If applicable, the original Diamond Grading Certificate will have a $250 replacement fee charge. We do not charge re-stocking fees for exchanges.

Watches must be unworn and unaltered (in their original condition) including original packaging, manufacturer’s warranty and instructions.

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during exchange shipping. Therefore, all exchange shipping is sent under registered mail insured. Non-insured packages will be returned to sender.

Packages received without sales receipt will not be accepted.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customer is responsible for any price difference between exchange and new item.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR EXCHANGES:

Follow the instructions attached to your receipt of purchase for any exchanges:
Contact our customer service department through email to request an exchange at info (at) taharajewelry.com.
Allow 48 hours for response. This will submit your exchange request to our processing department, and later a confirmation will be issued with instructions to follow.

Original packaging and original receipt of purchase must be included when shipping your item under registered mail insured for the amount of it.

APPRAISALS
Must be done within thirty (30) days of purchase.

PHOTOGRAPHY
Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Other items may be represented at a larger than actual size to show clearly its details, or smaller than actual size to show the entire item.

WARRANTY
Watches: All watches include Manufacturer’s Warranty [2-5 Years of Limited Warranty].
Jewelry: Our jewelry is granted (1) One-Year Limited Warranty after its date of purchase.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by the customer.
It is also limited to repair and/or replacement of the item at our discretion.
Any work performed by a jeweler other than the Tahara Jewelry by Michael Taher automatically voids the warranty.
This warranty is not an insurance policy. Customers are responsible to maintain insurance against loss or damagenot covered by the warranty. Due to nature of our business we do not warranty against loss of diamonds.

REPAIRS
Tahara Jewelry by Michael Taher will repair purchased items, if:
Metal cracks under normal wear or a Diamond Falls Out [Diamond isn’t lost, but falls out]. Just remember that at least annually diamonds must be re-tightened due to normal everyday use. We suggest you have your items professionally cleaned and re-checked on a yearly basis.

LAYAWAYS
There is a sixty (60) days layaway period. If during this layaway period no payment is received for the total due amount, the merchandise will be returned to stock and a store credit will be issued for all payments made. Layaway payments are non-refundable.

STORE CREDITS
Are bearer documents given in-store with its Invoice Number and Authorized Signature explaining clearly their Value in Dollar Amounts. Cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. All Store Credits will expire within three (3) months from the date they are issued.

PAYMENTS
Website payments accepted are all major Credit Cards and Pay Pal. A customer service representative will contact you with your tracking number upon shipment.

In-store payments accepted are CASH, all major Debit and Credit Cards, as well as Cashier’s Checks (Certified Bank Check) and Money Orders. All check orders must include the following items: Copy of Driver License, Phone Number for Check Verification and Physical Home Address [as it appears on bank statement].

Please allow 3-4 weeks as a grace period for check clearance. Upon check clearance, your order will be shipped using the shipping method selected on the order.
Returned checks will be subject to a minimum fee of $25.00. Should we institute any action to enforce payment of a returned check for any reason, including stop payments, the buyer agrees to pay all costs associated with the collection, including but not limited to court costs and
attorney fees.
